The Michigan Horseshoe Pitchers Association wants to ensure that all League and Tournament play is held in accordance with the Rules and By-laws of the MHPA and the National Horseshoe Pitchers Association.

If you feel there has been a violation of our rules and/or by-laws, please complete and submit this form. The form will be automatically directed to our 2nd Vice-President. Upon receipt, they will review with the Grievance Committee and report their findings to the MHPA Executive Council. This form will allow any sanctioned member to address a complaint of any rule violation.
